Kenneth Plifka boasts a national practice focused on multistate commercial real estate transactions. He represents institutional investors, REITs, and private investors in the acquisition, disposition, and financing of office, retail, industrial, and residential properties across the country.
Kenneth provides comprehensive counsel throughout the life cycle of a transaction, including the negotiation and preparation of purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, construction contracts, management and leasing agreements, loan documents, and entity formation agreements. He is known for his thorough approach to due diligence, routinely reviewing and advising on title, survey, zoning, leasing, and other key diligence matters.
