Practice Background
Noah has been engaged in traditional real estate practice (acquisition, disposition, development of commercial real estate) since 1999; and has been servicing and supporting the contractual needs of clients within the mission critical industry since 2005. His client mix includes those who own and operate mission critical properties in the United States, as well as countries in the Asia-Pacific, European, Middle East and Latin American regions. In addition to a substantial focus on clients who are engaged in the planning, development and operation of brick-and-mortar structures for mission critical uses, Noah’s client group also includes those whose focus is on the provision of data center-related services, such as hosting, remote hands, carrier-neutral connectivity solutions, and data processing and protection such as Disaster Recovery as a Service and Back-up as a Service.
