Representation of lenders, borrowers, investors and developers in commercial, industrial, retail and residential real estate transactions, including multi-state and portfolio transactions; advice and counseling relating to acquisitions and dispositions of commercial, industrial, retail, multi-family residential and undeveloped properties, including the negotiation and preparation of purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, development agreements, lease documents, reciprocal easement agreements, and the review of title, survey, zoning and other diligence items involving commercial, industrial and residential real estate; representation of landlords in leasing matters.
