Practicing in the areas of bankruptcy and business reorganization, Mr. Newton has represented debtors, trustees, creditors, and creditors committees in a wide range of bankruptcy-related litigation, including fraudulent transfer actions, claims litigation, preference disputes, turnover actions, and executory contract disputes.
