William LePage built a distinguished career focusing on commercial litigation and arbitration, primarily in investments, real estate, and construction. His extensive practice included civil litigation for contract, fraud, and statutory claims. He regularly represented property owners, secured lenders, and contractors on matters related to building construction, use, and sale, including acquisition agreements, mechanics' liens, lis pendens, and restrictive covenants.

William also handled a broad range of collection and real estate actions, frequently representing landlords on possession, use, and lien issues. Notably, he collected over $200 million in real estate loan collateral while pursuing creditors' rights in both civil and bankruptcy courts. He was also experienced in the domestication of foreign judgments in Texas.
