Brock Giles focuses his practice on bankruptcy and restructuring matters, working on issues involving debtors’ and creditors’ rights, insolvency, and related commercial disputes.
Prior to joining the firm, Brock completed a one-year term clerkship with Chief Judge Stacey G. C. Jernigan of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas. During his clerkship, he gained insight into federal bankruptcy practice and procedure.
