Caroline Robertson Looney is a versatile attorney with a practice focused on real estate transactions, as well as corporate and commercial law. She represents landlords and tenants in office, retail, and industrial leasing, and provides strategic guidance on all aspects of real estate transactions.
Her experience includes negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, and reciprocal easement agreements, as well as conducting due diligence involving title, survey, zoning, and existing leases.
Caroline regularly advises investors, lenders, developers, and borrowers in multistate acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and leasing matters. She also counsels clients in the data center industry on leases, contracts, and related agreements. In addition to her real estate work, she represents corporate entities and individuals in mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, and entity formations, offering comprehensive legal support across a range of commercial transactions.
