David has experience in bankruptcy litigation involving real estate and mass tort reorganizations. He regularly assists commercial landlords in resolving lease disputes through negotiation, alternative dispute resolution, and litigation, with a strong emphasis on cost-effective strategies. His practice also includes in-depth document review and legal analysis in mass tort bankruptcy cases, and he has extensive experience briefing complex legal issues on behalf of claimants in bankruptcy reorganization proceedings.
