William Harris has represented commercial property owners, corporate officers, creditors, and debtors in a wide range of state and federal litigation matters, including property disputes, breach of contract, lease defaults, mechanic liens, fraud, and other statutory claims. He regularly represents both plaintiffs and defendants.

Won jury trial by directed verdict for a steel building manufacturer in a workplace injury case
Successfully settled a breach of fiduciary duty and fraud case against a pipeline company executive
Collected thousands of dollars on behalf of a commercial property investor for unpaid rent and other charges
