Eun Yee (Andie) Chung is a nationally recognized real estate attorney with deep experience representing institutional and private investors, private equity funds, insurance companies, pension funds, property owners, and developers in complex commercial real estate transactions. Her practice includes the acquisition, disposition, financing, development, construction, and leasing of billions of dollars in commercial properties, including industrial, multifamily, office, mixed-use, and retail assets.
Andie regularly advises investors, lenders, borrowers, and developers on a wide range of transactional matters involving commercial, industrial, and undeveloped real estate. She negotiates and prepares purchase and sale agreements, land use documentation (including easements, deed restrictions, and reciprocal easement agreements), and financing arrangements, such as traditional and mezzanine loans. Her leasing work includes representation of both landlords and tenants in industrial, office, and retail spaces.
Known for her meticulous due diligence, Andie handles title, survey, zoning, and lease reviews and drafts covenants, conditions, and restrictions (CCRs). She also counsels clients on management and leasing agreements, corporate acquisitions and dispositions, mergers, entity formations, and joint venture structures. Her experience extends to working with developers on transactions involving governmental entities, providing a comprehensive approach to navigating today’s real estate landscape.
