Kelly Staples’ practice focuses on real estate transactions, as well as corporate and commercial law. She represents clients in multistate commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing transactions, providing strategic guidance on complex property deals across a variety of asset types.

In her corporate practice, Kelly advises businesses on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint venture formations, as well as securities offerings and the organization of enterprise structures. She also counsels clients on lending and financing transactions, offering practical, deal-focused support that aligns with broader business goals.

Kelly serves as outside general counsel, handling general corporate matters for a range of clients. Kelly is licensed to practice law in Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi.
