Lisa Novotny-Price’s practice spans real estate transactions, corporate law, and construction matters. She represents a broad range of clients — including property owners, investors, developers, and business entities — in complex commercial real estate and corporate transactions, as well as construction-related disputes and contract negotiations.
Lisa’s real estate experience includes the acquisition and sale of office buildings, hotels, oil and gas properties, and other commercial assets. She advises clients on all aspects of these transactions, including the negotiation and preparation of purchase and sale agreements, leases, licenses, construction and management contracts, financing agreements, loan documents, and brokerage agreements. She is highly skilled in due diligence, routinely reviewing title reports, surveys, and lease documents.
In her corporate practice, Lisa handles asset acquisitions, corporate formations, shareholder agreements and disputes, and corporate governance matters. She also represents property owners’ associations and provides guidance on entity selection and compliance.
Lisa’s construction law experience includes drafting construction contracts and assisting in dispute resolution. With a practical, problem-solving approach, she helps clients navigate complex legal issues with clarity and confidence.
