Noah Hansford has been engaged in the acquisition, disposition, and development of commercial real estate since 1999. He has been servicing and supporting the contractual needs of clients within the mission-critical data center industry since 2005.
His client mix includes those who own and operate mission-critical properties in the United States, Canada, and countries in the Asia-Pacific, European, Middle East, and Latin American regions. In addition to a substantial focus on clients engaged in the planning, development, and operation of brick-and-mortar structures for mission-critical uses, Noah’s client group also includes those who provide data center-related services, such as GPU as a Service, hosting, remote hands, carrier-neutral connectivity solutions, and data processing and protection, such as Disaster Recovery as a Service and Back-up as a Service.
