Sandro Zingas

Sandro Zingas focuses his practice on real estate, corporate, and commercial law. He represents landlords, tenants, investors, private equity funds, developers, lenders, and borrowers in multistate acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and leasing of office, industrial, and retail properties.

He negotiates and drafts purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, and reciprocal easement agreements, in addition to conducting due diligence involving title, survey, zoning, and existing leases.

Sandro also works with clients in the data center sector on leases, contracts, and related agreements. As well as representing corporate entities and individuals in mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, and entity formations, helping clients navigate complex transactions with strategic advice.
