Suzanne has two decades of experience working with clients in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions. Her practice includes leading the negotiation of real property acquisition and disposition agreements for industrial, retail, multi-family, and office properties in Texas and throughout the country, and shepherding transactions through successful closings.
She also manages due diligence investigations on behalf of clients acquiring commercial properties, including the analysis of title commitments, property surveys, and zoning regulations. Furthermore, Suzanne negotiates gross, NNN, and ground leases on behalf of landlords for all types of commercial spaces, including across the table from national big box retailers for space in regional shopping centers.
Her work extends to resolving tenant disputes on behalf of property owners, drafting and interpreting easement agreements and restrictive covenants, and preparing compensation agreements for real estate brokers. Additionally, she advises clients who face commercial real estate conflicts, such as boundary disputes and title defects.
Suzanne also has extensive experience representing data center clients in the negotiation of wholesale leases, carrier agreements, and colocation agreements throughout the United States, as well as in the U.K., Europe, and the APAC regions. Her work includes supporting the sales teams of a publicly traded data center REIT in securing multi-megawatt new customers or expansion deals and supporting data center operations teams in real estate management.
